Based in Lancashire and operating across the UK, RBP Consulting is owned by Mark Carson.  A Prince2 Project Management practitioner with over 15 years experience in the provision of Business and Economic Development support services, Mark is also the current Chairman of Central Lancashire Business Club.

From writing or appraising business plans, tenders and grant and loan funding applications, identifying and implementing improvements in the way that organisations work, to setting up and managing a range of successful multi-million pound business support programmes, Mark has helped hundreds of start-up and established organisations to pursue their goals.

He has extensive experience with organisations involved in tourism and leisure, manufacturing, creative industries, retail, professional services and local government, as well as charities and social enterprises.

Having been a member of the team delivering Lancashire County Council’s business and economic development service for almost 15 years, with Enterprise plc and Lancashire County Developments Ltd (LCDL), Mark can also provide advice with getting onto public sector procurement lists and how to access LCC’s Rosebud Business Solutions package of support for Lancashire-based organisations.
